¿Has cambiado?

Quién eres y cómo has cambiado

Hey guys ) I'd like to share one of the last pictures I made in 2015. To be honest, I actually haven't thought of a suitable title for this one, despite knowing what I wanted to say through this image. I wanted to express the feeling of growth, because that is what 2015 has done for me. I feel so different from New Years 2015, to New Years 2016, which is exactly what I had hoped for the year, and what I hope for every year. Though sometimes change can be overwhelming at first. To go out of your comfort zone feels so uncomfortable and unnatural in the beginning, when it turns out that it is the most natural thing in the world. (What flower really wants to be stuck in a vase) But I have a favor to ask all of you To help me name my very last image of 2015 ) Hopefully we can all find the perfect one for it ) Hope you are all well, and that your 2016 has been going swimmingly I'm planning a few new things for this year, including workshops, videos, new series, etc Excited to share it all with you If you have any questions in advance, please be sure to pop me a message ) And a BIG thank you to the model, Dagny 3 You helped me immensely in 2015 and 3 As always, you are wonderful. The Cultures Collection Hey guys, back with the second from the series of images I created with the design store HINAYA, with the theme travel in mind. Time time around, I wanted to create an image that conveyed that feeling of acceptance of a new culture and new surroundings. Where you are overwhelmed by all the new sights, smells, and language, but gracefully take every new beautiful experience with open arms, welcoming the new patterns, chaos, and every day life of the country youre exploring. I had a lot of fun with this one, because working with these Japanese wooden dolls (Kokeshi) was something I had wanted to use in a piece for a very long time, but because of the funds and everything (the dolls themselves can cost a shitload) I had been putting off making a big purchase on them. But as it turns out, I was super lucky because HINAYA also sells the kokeshi, so I was able to borrow about 100 from the shop, and use them for this piece. One happy and lucky girl right here. I Surrounded Myself With Emptiness Photo Reylia Slaby @reylia.slaby Model Rika Takeshima I remember a time about four years ago when I used to tell a certain person I am a ghost. It wasnt a constant feeling I had, but it was frequent. I dont know why I felt as such; so transparent, so blank. I rejoiced over sadness because that was sometimes the only time I felt anything at all. But this wasnt something that depressed me necessarily, but more like something I simply observed within myself. I knew it wasnt my default, so I allowed it to reside in me. It extended to the feeling that everything around me was also quite empty. Full of things that didnt interest me. Things lacking depth. Things I didnt believe in. It engulfed me, this lack of world I somehow found myself in. How could I have known that it was the beginning of me understanding myself And while sometimes this particular feeling does pay me a visit from time to time, Ive learned to recognise it. Its there for a reason, and I have only to observe and learn why. Happy New Years Everyone I can never be grateful enough for all the wonderful people who have supported and believed in me in 2016, and I will always be so grateful to you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It really means more than you know. #model #art #photography #fineart #gallery #japan #travel #blogger #beautiful #nikon #camera #conceptual #artistic #photoshoot # # # @instagramjapan @love.watts #instagram #artloudly @photoshop #photoshop

"What I Am Not" Here's to the hope that one day I will finally find peace in my imperfections, my mistakes, and the places I need to grow.

A big thank you to the model, my beautiful and spectacular friend Megumi. @anniiie
